Deputy General Counsel at ARM Energy
Gabe Nwuli has served as Deputy General Counsel of ARM Energy since March of 2019. ARM Energy is a premier producer services firm providing innovative solutions across the energy value chain. ARM Energy creates value for producers and investors by providing innovative solutions in the midstream sector, as well as providing physical marketing and financial hedging services.
Prior to joining ARM Energy, Gabe served as Senior Associate at Vinson & Elkins L.L.P., representing public and private companies in various capital markets transactions and mergers and acquisitions, primarily in the oil and gas industry. Prior to rejoining Vinson & Elkins in 2018, Gabe served as Assistant General Counsel—Corporate and Securities at C&J Energy Services. C&J is a leading provider of onshore well construction and intervention, well completion, well support and other complementary oilfield services and technologies. Prior to C&J, Gabe served as Senior Counsel and Corporate Secretary of Columbia Pipeline Group. Prior to being sold to TransCanada in 2016, Columbia Pipeline was a natural gas storage and transmission company with more than 15,000 miles of interstate pipelines, which connected the U.S. Gulf Coast to the Midwest, Mid-Atlantic and Northeast United States. Gabe began his career as an Associate in the corporate department at Vinson & Elkins.
Gabe graduated with honors from Texas Christian University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science, and received a J.D., cum laude, from Tulane University Law School.
