David R. DeVeau
Vice President and General Counsel at Kinder Morgan
Mr. Deveau is Vice President and General Counsel of Kinder Morgan, one of the largest energy infrastructure companies in North America. Mr. DeVeau joined Kinder Morgan in 2001. He was named Deputy General Counsel in 2006 and General Counsel in 2013. Prior to joining Kinder Morgan he practiced commercial litigation in Boston, Massachusetts. Mr. DeVeau received a J.D. degree from The Dickinson School of Law, Pennsylvania State University, and a bachelor’s degree, cum laude, in political science from Norwich University. Kinder Morgan owns an interest in or operates 84,000 miles of pipelines and 155 terminals. The company’s pipelines transport primarily natural gas, refined petroleum products, CO2 and crude oil and its terminals store, transfer and handle such products as gasoline, ethanol, coal, petroleum coke and steel.
